Frequently asked
Do I need my own domain?
No. I will help you choose and register one. A domain costs about 10–15 € per year and belongs to you.
What if I don't have nice photos?
A few photos from your phone or Instagram are enough to start. Later I will replace them with new ones at no extra charge.
Can I change prices and photos myself?
Yes. You get a password-protected owner page: there you edit services, prices and durations, upload and delete gallery photos and see your bookings. Changes appear on the website immediately. Bigger text or design changes I make within 2 working days.
How does online booking work?
The client picks a service, a day and a free time in the calendar; taken times are shown in grey. She gets a confirmation email with a cancellation link and a reminder the day before the visit. You see all bookings on your owner page, can add clients who booked by phone, and block lunch breaks or holidays.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers hosting, the booking system, emails, backups and support. It is paid a month in advance; if it is not paid, the website is switched off 14 days after a reminder. Your data (bookings and photos) is kept for another 30 days: during that time you can come back without a new setup fee or receive it as a single file. The domain stays yours. The setup fee is not refunded, as the work has already been done.
Do you work with businesses outside Lithuania?
Yes. The website, booking calendar, emails and owner page can be made in English or another language, and the calendar works in your time zone. We talk in English, payment is by bank transfer in euros.
Is it only for beauty salons?
No. The same system works for a car workshop (booking with car details), a fitness or yoga studio (weekly timetable, trainers, personal sessions), a barbershop, a massage practice or any business that takes clients by appointment. See the examples above.
